I'm a Solutions Architect and systems thinker who enjoys taking complicated problems and figuring out how they should work before deciding how to build them.
My background spans software engineering, technical leadership, cloud systems, data, integrations, and product development, with experience turning ambiguous requirements into practical technical solutions. Over the years, I've worked across problem discovery, requirements analysis, system and data architecture, automation, AI, and technical decision-making.
I don't see these as separate specialties. They're different tools for the same underlying job: understanding a problem deeply, challenging assumptions, exploring the options, and finding a solution that makes sense.
I'm the founder of Agaya Cloud, where I'm building TrueSignal around post-purchase intelligence - helping companies understand what happens after a transaction and turn those signals into useful product and customer insights.
I'm particularly interested in the space between the problem and the implementation: understanding what actually needs to be solved, deciding what should be built, designing how the pieces should fit together, and knowing when the simplest solution is better than the most sophisticated one.
More recently, I've been exploring how AI changes what's worth building and automating, how much context systems need to make reliable decisions, and how we can make better technical and product decisions when we never have all the information we'd like.
